I pay for a monthly subscription and now it says I am on the free plan? Wtf? I downloaded Aftereffects today and left because the Cloud takes forever and came back to my account saying I am on the free plan after I was billed monthly at $20.00 a month. I called Adobe support and waited 45 minutes to dead air the first time and a busy signal the second. What do I do?
