i've signed in and been verified, but the cannot see work environment

Hi there,  I have signed into adobe creative cloud and can not find the actural work environment anywhere.  the last item I see iw a notice stating :we have opened a new browser.   But nothing shows up.  I am using a 64 bit system windows 10 and checked my c drive for it to be downloaded,   removed the privacy to allow for the download.  any ideas sure would help.  thanks

what do you mean by "work environment"?

 

typically you sign into your creative cloud desktop app and see various things*, but not a work environment, unless perhaps you have a team/enterprise subscription.
