I want to refresh my subscription for creative cloud 2015 but it won't let me

I need to refresh my subscription to Creative Cloud 2015 but it won't allow me to and I can't contact anyone at Adobe. I think the problem may be that I'm now in a different country from the original account address. Any ideas or contact numbers gratefully received
