Illustrator download stops and won't complete

I have been trying to download illustrator but every time I try it will download steady till 6% then slowly go up to 37% then Stops and Task manager stops showing Internet usage. I have turned my computer off and on I've turned off firewall and anti-virus, I have used the cleaner tool multiple times and re-downloaded Creative Cloud but there is no change.

OS: Windows 10

Connection: Wired

Network: Home
