Roberts554655521, sorry you are encountering problems installing Illustrator CC. From your case history, I see that you also faced problems updating Photoshop CC and you were successful after temporarily disabled the two anti-virus software titles installed on the computer. Have you tried this step yet, Roberts? If so, then please check the log files for the error that is preventing Illustrator from updating.
