Impossible d'utiliser Creative Cloud et applications

Bonjour !

 

Suite à un changement d'école et de compte (pour le tarif étudiant) j'ai supprimé complètement Creative Cloud.

Quand je télécharge maintenant CC, la fenêtre se ferme après l'installation et ne rouvre jamais. Pareil pour les applications.

Que dois-je faire ?

what computer os?

 

(and for others, never delete any program - properly uninstall it.  in addition, there's no reason to uninstall anything from adobe when changing accounts: just signout of your cc desktop app and then signin with your new account id/password.)
