Individual License for Self Employed - ok?

I am a self employed IT professional, specialising in web development.

I have been running an individual license of Creative Cloud (Full Suite) for several years now without issue.

Recently I was contacted by Adobe and told that I should move my license over to the Business/Teams license, even though I am the only user.  There was little explanation why, but quite a push to move me onto the new license.  I explained I wanted further info before deciding.

Is there any reason for me to move?  I am not going to be employing anyone, and so have no need to add licenses to my account.

Is it ok to continue as I have been?

No problem at all with your current arrangement. There are plenty of freelancers doing exactly what you are doing quite legitimately.

How did Adobe contact you? If indeed it was Adobe. There are lots of scammers out there.

If there is a next time, get the Adobe rep's name and a case number so other Adobe staffers can follow it through. If the person cannot or will not do so, it's unlikely to be Adobe contacting you.
