Hola. Bajo el dmg pero no toma la calve de Adobe. La cambié y sigue el problema. Alguine me puede ayudar, por favor, gracias.

muchas gracias por responder mi mail. El tema es que tampoco responde la clave para borrar o desinstalar. No puedo hacer ni una cosa ni otra

Hola, no puedo ni limpiar o borrar lo existente ni ejecutar el nuevo por que no toma mi clave. La he cambiado y nada. Pero la aplico en otra MAC o mismo en el telefono y funciona.

what do you mean by "key"?  does that mean your adobe id?

did you properly install the cc desktop app sometime in the past?  if so, did it work for some period of time?
