Install Adobe CC on both a mac and a PC

I have instaled Adobe CC on my Mac book pro and I just purchased a windows desktop computer but I cannot install Adobe CC on it. I tried Adobe creative cloud first and a message shows up as "it's taking longer than usual. I tried other help with the OOBE file but cannot find it in the folder... Waiting for your support. Thanks a lot.
