Hey Rishabh, thank you for the answer.

Our organization is disconnected completely from the internet.

My IT can help only within our inner net that disconnected from the internet

I readed all the answers that you suggested but it's not helping in this situation.

At the end I need an install file for XD that could work without internet connection.

Is this possible? If not, who my organization can contact to make it possible?

I've moved this to the Getting Started forum to get the right people to answer about the closed network installation. I know it's possible to do, but these are the experts on getting that set up. XD can be used once it's installed on this type of network situation, but in my limited experience, managing closed networks is only available on Creative Cloud for Enterprise as a part of a license agreement. (Team, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)
