Install photoshop purchased via Dell

I bought a Dell computer and purchased photoshop through them. The Dell Delivery app gives me a product code, but no install key, and when I click download, it sends me to Adobe. Adobe doesn't have a record of my purchase.
How do I find my install key based on the product code? Help!

Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first) :

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Photoshop doesn't have product codes. Is it perhaps Photoshop Elements that you purchased instead?
