Updating/ instaling CC is an absolute pain. Firstly, I was unable to install CC after I uninstalled it. I managed to do so with the help of an Adobe agent. But now the update is stuck and I cannot download any apps until it updates. It shouldn't be so hard to perform simple installation procedures.
