Installation Errors

Hi I'm trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud and getting two installation errors. I couldn't find them in the common issues so I'm posting here.

I get this error first:

"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

and then this one:

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I tried reinstallinging, repairing the install and uninstall/install several times and I keep getting the same errors. I checked and my Windows installation is completely up to date.

Thank you for any information that I can use to solve this issue!

That MS file is missing. It is included in either some MS programs and or can be installed with Windows Updates.

So a Google search for that specific .dll file should give you option on how to get it installed on your system.

Once the MSVCP file is installed that other one may be installed by the Adobe CC DTA, not sure. If not then do the same for that file name.
