Hallo !
Ich habe Windows 10.
Vor einiger Zeit war mein Rechner total abgestürtz !
Es hat einige Zeit gedauert, bis ich den Rechner wieder ans Laufen gebracht habe.
Es funktioniert auch wieder alles fehlerfrei.
Mein Photoshop und Premiere Elements 12 habe ich länger nicht gebraucht. Als ich es wieder nutzen
wollte, startete es nicht mehr - also dachte ich mir "neu installieren" - funktionierte aber nicht !?
Wollte die Programme deinstallieren und anschließend neu installieren.
Deinstallation funktionierte bei Premiere. Bei Photoshop beginnt die Deinstallation, stoppt dann aber
mit der Meldung "Das angegebene Konto ist bereits vorhanden." Nach "Weiter" (keine andere
Möglichkeit) werden alle gelöschten Programmteile wieder Installiert, und das war es !???
Ist eine Lösung bekannt ?

If it doesn't, try uninstalling Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12 and then use the 'Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool' to remove any leftover traces that may still be there:

Then try installing both apps again.
