installed programs w/out knowledge or permission

I am trying to uninstall Creative Cloud. It will not allow me to do so, stating I have a program installed which requires CC. I have uninstalled every single option under 'installed' restarted, run as administrator, etc. Their own menu states that I have nothing from CC installed on my computer. What hidden program do they have installed on my computer without my permission? Do I seriously have to wipe my hard drive or something to get this off my computer?
