For some reason no indication on the screen of where up too. So did not realise the system was updating creative cloud as no warings etc, so restarted, cleared other users lots of time and effort when a simple hang on a minute we are updating this software so just wait. Part of problem was waiting for Adobe Bridge to install and the updates screen merrily described the system as up to date.

So please be wary and hopefully this post saves some frustration for another user who did not realise that creative cloud would take a while to update, why it doesnt just download the latest version seems unusual(?), and to wait until something starts happening.

In My Honest Option anyone that leaves any Auto Update feature enabled is only asking for trouble.

Been like this since 1998 or so.

Always something wants to Auto Update and restart the system at the wrong time.

You can turn all of that off in the CC DTA Preferences. You can also Shut the CC DTA toi Not start with your system so it is noit using system resources for no GOOD reason. It is Not needed to use any of the other Adobe programs.
