Installing apps

Trying to install adobe apps onto my computer.

This message keeps coming up, any suggestions on what I need to do differently?

Daz3, that error occurs because the installation is being blocked by the Creative Cloud admin.  Please contact your educational institutions Creative Cloud administrator to resolve the error.  For more information see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-tab-missing.html.
