i recently bought the all apps plan for my grap[hic design class and i installed Photoshop and Illustrator but it gave me a 6 days trial and now it won't let me open both of the programs. i tried to fix it but i didn't work, So i canceled the plan and bought a plan for each program instead. But now that i want to open the programs to do my homework it doesn't work and there's a pop-up that says that i have to buy the program but i already did it. i don't know what to do please help 😞

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
