Stuck on 1 serious issue with Pf, need help, don't want to misuse this lounge.
Where is community or direct troubleshooting ? No FAQs or anything else address the issue.

I field most Portfolio questions in the Get Started forum because PF doesn't have a dedicated forum anymore.
For technical problems, contact the Portfolio support team directly. It may take days for a reply, however.
EDIT: Portfolio support doesn't work on weekends and holidays.
Behance has their own ZenDesk.

You fill out the form in regards to whatever problem you are facing with Behance or Adobe Portfolio. Within one or two days they will email you back. They will work with you to solve the issue.
They have been doing this since day one at Behance. Their team really rocks... fast... friendly and super!
I started using Behance when they first started... before they were acquired by Adobe. I saw them go from Behance to Behance/Behance ProSite to Behance/Adobe Portfolio. They are on top of things.
The form is where we should recommend people to go to ask questions.
I do wish they had a community page.... but for some reason they do not. However, they really do rock it... and trust me they will respond to you rather quickly and really help you out.
To clarify, Zendesk is a 3rd party help desk platform used by many businesses. It just so happens Adobe uses the Zendesk platform for Technical Support of Behance, Portfolio and Adobe Spark. Each desk has a separate URL. See links below. For non-techinical user questions, you'll often get quicker response from this Get Started Community.
