Hello,
I got an issue from my PC regarding sync.
Our team use shared creavive cloud files.
and just on folder's contents could not sync to my pc.
We checked my permission and no problem.
Actually, when I connect via the link had shared I can see all contents.
however, the contents still not sync to my PC.
And I feel uncompotable that I cannot get any sypport directly from adove.
Is there no way to contact to adobe?
Have something to add?
