I just updated Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Animate and as always my work became a nightmare. Apps stutter, work slow, load slow, as if my pretty decend PC suddenly was overflood. I remember it happened few times before in past years when new releases came out, so I strongly suggest you not to remove 2020 versions and install 2021 just to test it. Probably within 2-3 months Adobe will finally manage to fix all the bugs.
Hey, Adobe, why you keep releasing those new versions of software? You should place bets on how many people you can render workless. To quote the classic: "Adobe, it's not that your new soft is bad, it's ... it's that it is so bad, it makes me want to put my finger through my eye, into my brain, and swirl it around!"

how many times do you need to update and have problems before you learn to not delete previous versions until you're satisfied with newer ones, or just not update with the first release of new versions?
in any case, you can uninstall the new versions (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html) and re-install the previous version (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-versions.html)

Thanks, I know how to uninstall and reinstall software.
Lesson learnt today, won't do that mistake again, but that shoudn't be the case, they should release something when it's ready and stable and works at least as good as previous versions. I'm not paying (and I'm not paid) to be a beta-tester.
