Je n'arrive plus à ré installer Indesign, photshop et illustrator

Bonjour, après avoir vu que les logiciels indesign, photoshop et illustrator n'aarivaient plus à s'ouvrir j'ai décidé de les désintaller pour les ré installer. Mais impossible de les ré installer depuis l'application creative ou le site.... Que faire ???

We need more information to better understand the situation

  • What version of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator did you uninstall?
  • Are you using a Win or Mac computer and what operating system version?
  • Are you getting any kind of error when attempting to reinstall?

 

Adobe only provides downloads to the last two versions of our software, so if you uninstalled versions older than this, you will not be able to reinstall.  This article has more info https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/cc-support-policy.html

Beyond that, I'd also recommend checking to ensure your computer meets the minimum system requirements for the apps in question. Links to the requirements can be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
