If we didn't have enough money to pay for Adobe products and were short by a few dollars a month - they would cut our subscription.

Despite not being a heavy user of Adobe products, I have been subscribed to their terrible and draconian Creative Cloud for years. Well today, I had to use it, and guess what? I couldn't because Adobe's servers were down.

This is UNACCEPTABLE. We cannot accept this. We need to hold them accountable. If you CAN'T maintain your servers and allow people to use the products they pay for - you either need to allow us to BUY YOUR PRODUCTS OUTRIGHT WITHOUT DRACONIAN DRM - or refund us for failing to live up to your end of the bargain.

Adobe, I hate you .

Users, let's request refunds and bombard them or start a class action lawsuit. Otherwise, prepare to sometimes randomly not be able to use products you pay for. UNACCEPTABLE.
