Lightroom and Photoshop CC open in trial mode

So I just  bought a year subscription of LR and Photoshop and neither are avaliable after entering the code. help please

Check your account. Make sure it was the same account used to redeem the code. (Note, if someone else was signed in when you redeemed the code, you just gifted it to them).
