lightroom CC (2015) installation failed on Mac Laptop

The lightroom CC (2015) installation failed. Is the error I am getting for the past week now.

Running on a Macbook Pro, 15 inch, early 2013. macOS Sierra.

I've tried connecting the laptop to an ethernet cable. Didn't work.

I've tried using the CC removal tool. Didn't work.

I've tried deleting CC altogether on the machine and reinstall it. Didn't work.

I've tried deleting CC altogether again and shut the computer down and reinstall it. Didn't work.

I don't think I have tried all the ways to fix this but I've tried enough. What do I have to do to make this work?

if the error message is in english, attach a screenshot of it.  otherwise, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Just retried installing this and here is what it has been doing.
