I purchased CS2 Premium.

The installer disk, will not install. I cannot find the CS2 old files in Adobe to install and enter my user license.

What is my first step in resolving this?

CS2 will definitely not install or run on High Sierra for lots of technical reasons. There are no workarounds.

CS2 is ancient 14 year old software. Where did you buy it? Any reason for buying it? Your version is probably pirated.

I also own Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium, which I purchased for lots of $ in 2006. It worked fine for many years on many computers, but I just installed it on my new computer (Lenovo w/ Windows 10) and can't get it to activate. My original serial number worked fine to install the software, but not to activate (launch) any of the programs. I realize CS2 Premium is "ancient" 14-year-old software (ancient is a very relative term...for me ancient is 44BC), but if Adobe no longer supports it shouldn't there be a workaround activation option, or if not, an inexpensive (if not free) upgrade option? Adobe's monthly fees for the apps they currently support are too high for people like me who already forked over big $ for their software in the first place.

Since the original post things have changed. CS2 can no longer be activated at all. There was for many years an activation-free replacement, but it has gone. Adobe are focussing on current customers, not people who paid for something 14 years ago. I don't say this is a good thing.
