LOCKED CS3 is Dead... was reload Adobe CS3

Had a windows update failure and PC had to be wiped. I need to reload my student edition of CS3 master suite. I did this about 3 years ago successfully when I bought this Dell PC. I could no longer use my CDs but Adobe allowed me to do a special download as CS3 was no longer a current product. I've been on the Adobe chat line but it seems everything is now cloud based. Can anyone help me please?

No, nobody can help you, sadly. If you KEPT the special download safe, you could perhaps use it again, but it is no longer available.
