Dear Adobe team. Your opening times are not fair in my opinion. I pay a lot of money every month to use your products that don't work at all. Every time I try to download Premiere Pro I get the error code 113. Unfortunately, I cannot contact you during your opening hours because I have to work myself! Would it be possible for someone to take care of my concerns outside of your opening hours? Many Thanks!!!
It is cheeky to ask for money for a program that firstly does not work and secondly there is no real support for it

PS: I canceled the subscription and i will write a negative google review about Adobe. I will come back if you have a real support on Saturday and fixed your Errorcode programm. I will go to the better competition company.
