I have creative cloud and attempted to access Adobe spark for the first time.
I was required to input my date of birth which I did incorrectly.
Now I get this error message when I try to login to spark
Can someone assist me?
Have you tried to edit your Adobe ID Profile? It may hold a section for your date of birth.

You cannot fix date of birth yourself. Contact Adobe Customer Service. There may be a long wait right now. Dig out some proof in case they ask to see it.
