[Locked, wrong forum] What's going on with SPARK?

Is this error international - i can don´t load / open SPARK in the cloud!!!!

 

I payed a lot for this services - should be to running well!

 

Please give me a a anwser - i meant a officel answer from adobe!

No one here can give you an "official answer from adobe".  This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. I paid for one year - all the onther programs works, but SPARK don´t works, don´t start right now.
