Is this error international - i can don´t load / open SPARK in the cloud!!!!
I payed a lot for this services - should be to running well!
Please give me a a anwser - i meant a officel answer from adobe!

No one here can give you an "official answer from adobe". This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Nor can we provide support when an Adobe website goes down. I paid for one year - all the onther programs works, but SPARK don´t works, don´t start right now.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.
Edited to add: The one Spark page I access (which is for ACPs) is working.
