I am having a log-in issue. I have entred my mail ID with a typo in the domain name and got registered as a new account. Now I am unalbe to login or change the email in the desktop app as well. I cannot unistall nor dowload any other creative cloud app, I am stucked. Please help.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
