So I bought PhotoShop back in late 2009/2010.  This was the old PhotoShop where you pay a one-time fee and have three licenses to use.  Since then I have gone through several computers so I have lost both the digital data key as well as thowing away the box with the original key and disk (yes I know stupid).  On top of that the email address that I used with the account is no longer active.  Will Adobe still have my registration information (name address phone number) where I can have it recovered or is it so old that the newer versions have superceded it and made it unusable?  I would have emailed Abode directly but that is not an option for their support.  Thanks in advance,

Three licenses?  Not that I remember.  Only 1 license per user.

CS1, CS2 and CS3 are dead & gone. The activation servers were removed from service years ago. So even if you find an installer & serial number, it's not possible to activate it.  The servers are gone.

CS4, CS5 and CS6 are on life support. They can still be activated providing you have the following:

1. original media (disks or downloads) you received at purchase,
2. a legitimate serial number for that particular media, version and platform (Win/Mac),
3. an older operating system that can support legacy Creative Suite.

--------------------------
NOTE 1: Creative Suite installers won't work on macOS Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without terminal workarounds.

NOTE 2: Catalina is not an option as it cannot support older 32-bit apps.

NOTE 3: Creative Suite is no longer legally sold by any vendor, retailer or country.

MODERN OPTIONS:
Photoshop Elements 2020 (approx $100, no subscription needed)

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!
