I'm running Mac OS 11.4 on a Late 2013 Mac Pro 3.5 ghz 6-core intel xeon e5, 32 gb 1866 MHz DDR3, with an AMD FirePro D700 6 GB gfx card. The installer apps won't run on my system. I have run the adobe cleaner and cleared everything from the system, and tried multiple downloads, and individual app installers. When opened, the installers pop up a window for less than a second, then disappear and don't do anything. No error messages. I got on with support and ran a dirct.dmg file for photoshop, and it failed with an unknown error. I need help. This is making my work very difficult.

you could make sure your cleaner usage was done thoroughly:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
or you can check your log files for errors that would indicate a directed solution, Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files
or you could re-contact support.
