Is anyone having issues after updating to Catalina 10.15.7?

I was having issues getting Creative Cloud to work, so tried uninstalling and reinstalling, now I can't install any Adobe apps. I've tried Bridge, Creative Cloud and Creative Cloud Cleaner.

Each time, the installer unexpectedly quits.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks buddy, I've tried that and still no dice.

I spoke to tech support and they were insistent that 10.15.7 didn't even exist, so I guess it must be a problem with that. It's the only thing that's different to last week when it was all working fine. I think possibly a roll-back is in order.

Thankfully Lightroom and Photoshop are still working fine, I just can't install anything new/access Creative Cloud app.

Yeah you have fallen into the Apple Mac OS X HOLE. Apple changing things with an update to stop other software from working properly.

Not the first time Apple has done that and it won't be the last.

Just ran into this.  Catalina (64 bit) won't uninstall properly the (32 bit).  I ended up trashing the applications - but eventually figured out that there were old Adobe patch files in my Applications folder that needed to be trashed, too.

Had this issue on a MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7. Resolution was to download the Adobe Cleaning Tool and follow these instructions:

To Uninstall All Adobe CC Apps

  1. Copy AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg to Desktop and run it
  2. Remove all Adobe files from Applications
  3. Remove all Adobe files from Applications/Utilities
  4. Open C:/Library/Application Support and delete all Adobe folders
  5. Open C:/Users/(your login) and delete Creative Cloud Files folder
  6. Open C:/Users/(your login)/Documents and delete all Adobe folders
  7. Open C:/Users/(your login)/Library/Application Support and delete all Adobe folders
  8. Open C:/Users/Shared and delete all Adobe folders
  9. Empty Trash
  10. Restart computer
  11. Reinstall Adobe apps
