Macbook air 2020 over heating - Due to CCLibrary, AdobeIPCBroker, CCXProcess, and Core Sync.

Recently, my computer has been overheating after I turn on my laptop, and I realized that the apps that I mentioned above (Title), which are CC Library, AdobeIPCBroker, CCXProcess, and Core Sync are causing this overheating. What do I do to stop this situation? I only have used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, by the way. I have not used any CC applications.

you can use your mac's activity monitor to terminate those processes.

It's getting hot, as it's designed to do. The fan comes  on to keep it working. Recent MacBook Pro's were designed to run hotter so they could do more work, because that's the design of recent high-end Intel chips. So it's important to recognise that there is no fault and this is not overheating. Apple recognise it's not what everyone wants so they are moving to M1 chips which run cooler.
