Macbook Air M1 & Photoshop Elements 2019

Can I use my Photshjop Elements 2019 on my Macbook air 2020 M1. 

It has been installed and the only thing I see is waht would you like to do, however I can not open it. Furthermore I do not get any indication that app is not opening.
