mistakenly de activated both my adobe account

I didnt know i had 2 adobe account and was paying for illustrator twice a month. so i de activated one of them. but unfortunately i de activated both my personal accounts. how to re activate them? i am using my work account now.

If the account you want to reactivate is an enterprise account, contact your company's IT support. Otherwise, contact Adobe Customer Service.
