Mon ordinteur ne reconnait pas que j'ai acheté Adobe

Bonjour,

Je ne sais plus quoi faire, je ne peux pas utiliser adobe, il inscrit toujours : Votre achat n’a pas été détecté. Si vous avez effectué un achat, fermez puis rouvrez la session dans Adobe Acrobat.

Je confirmer le compte, j’ai cliqué prise en main. Je fermer le logiciel, j’ai fermé l’ordinateur. J’ai recommencé le processus, je refermé l’ordinateur au complet, je réessaie, toujours la même chose. J’ai même changé le mot de passe, mais rien. Toujours le même message :

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

if it shows you have a subscription:

 

1.  install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

 

2.  if that fails, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

if it shows you have no subscription and you are having difficulty subscribing:

 

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
