Moving Adobe Applications to another Drive

A year or two ago I installed a large SSD drive, S,  that I intended to hold all of my photography work and I installed Adobe Photo CC to that drive.  Apparently, however, as updates came in these tools were installed to my smaller C drive when automatic updates occurred and now my C drive is frequently running out of space.

So my first question is whether there is some way for me to move these applications to the S drive and my second question is whether there is some way to ensure that future updates go to that drive as well.

uninstall the ones you don't want in their current location (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html)

then with the CC application opened, choose the 3 dots in the upper right corner and then choose Preferences.  in the preferences panel select Creative Cloud and then look for the Install Location drop down
