MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll were not found

I am having issues opening Adobe Creative Cloud on my Laptop, which is a Lenovo IdeaPad S340. The error message(s) that I get is that the MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll were not found. I tried repairing and uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but it doesn't seem to be working...can anybody help me?

you need to update your ms visual c++.  google your os and how to update your ms vis c++.

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help

Do you have all the latest Windows updates?  I ask because MS updates the Visual C++ when you update your OS.

 

Also, please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use. Check each one.
