I tried to login at Creative Cloud app at my laptop.

I input my email adress

but i can't check my ID (access cord is not sending)

the window  "TRY AGAIN AFTER""

"ACCESS IS TEMPORARILY DISABLED"

 

i just wanted to cancel my free plan
