Hi, I'm having trouble in the creative cloud app. I have the student access to 20+ apps, it said when I purchased it, but I says I only have access to 6. I managed to get photoshop as my 7th only because it was in the email. Does it take a while for them to verify my student status with my college before they activate my access? All the other apps say buy or try. If I hit buy, it takes me to the plans which includes the one I just paid for.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
