My illustrator wont download after I paid for it

Hey Guys,

I recently paid for Adobe Illustrator on my school account after my trail and I got the bill but my order doesn't exsist. I seemed to get it to work for a day but then it crashed and went back to trial has ended. I have tried to cancel my order but its not coming up but if there is any ways I can finally get it too work it will be great as I need it for my school assessement.
