My plan wont show up after I have already purchased plan

I switched from the photography plan to the all apps student plan a couple of weeks ago, also switching from a personal account to my school account in the process. I received my receipt via email but have have not been able to see my plan or use any of the apps as it doesnt say I have purchased any of them. I have waited to see if it just needed time to process but still nothing. I am not sure what to do from here.
