Adobe keeps rejecting my tax exempt forms (I work at a state university). The last time was because I didn't have Adobe's mailing address filled out. I can't find it anywhere. If they don't remove the tax, I have to cancel the subscription. Help??
Hi Amanda,
As I understand that the Tax exempt form gets rejected everytime you submit it. I see you have an active account under the same ID as with forums. I checked the details and saw that since the seller's information is missing from the form it got rejected. Request you to re-submit the form with all the information on it.
Feel free to Contact Customer Care for help and information.
Hope that helps!
Thanks
Kanika

That does not help at all because I cannot find Adobe's mailing address.
If you have it, please provide so we can maintain our account. With tax
exempt status we will have to cancel our account.

Hi Amanda,
There is no mailing address, you will have to contact support and share the details with them.
