New App Installs Take Multiple Tries

I recently replaced my spinnig drive with a new SSD and I'm reinstalling the apps from CC. every single one will start downloading, get to 15-20% complete and then just stop. A window pops up that says someting to the effect  "we're experiencing site issues...". I try again (sometimes it takes three tries) and it goes through without any problem. It would appear that the problem is on the Adobe end. Anyone know what's going on with this?

Interesting timing. I've had the issue for a couple of weeks and a few minutes after posting this issue it went away. No problems now.
