My creative cloud app is telling me there is no internet, when there is wifi in my office.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still will not work, how in the world do I get this to connect!?
Finally I have solved it with the help of Support Team. I have switched my Internet connection to my phone as a hotspot and after that CC has connected to server. Hope this helps to others as well. i still wonder why Adobe servers can't be reached by usual ISPs

I have the same problem, just started a couple of days ago. Tried all the old suggestions out there, nothing works.

I have tried to solve this question with support. It's a hopeless exercise. i'm shocked with their staff. I lost 2 hours with really useless guys. I paid for 1 month and absolutely unsatisfied.

Dont be sure that was helped. I have similar problem with Creative Cloud - looks like there is problems with Adobe autorization services - that they couldnt solve - and all their "solutions" just say something to people while they try to fix it.
BTW do You know that using mobile phone as hot spot could be additionally charged by Your cell operator?
