No one of Adobe apps will open or uninstall

I am trying to uninstall both Photoshop and Adobe creative cloud because they won't open, but i can't even uninstall them.

I already tried to restart my pc, to uninstall from the control panel, to erase the OOBE files and to update Adobe CC.

If i try to open Photoshop or Adobe CC as an administrator it tells me that he couldn't find the files.

Please tell us more about your operating system and version, the software and version. Please use EXACT version numbers. "Latest version" does not tell us that you really have the latest version and will no more be true at the next version level.
