Bonjour,

après achat auprès d'un vendeur j'ai échangé sur https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial# le code reçu contre les deux numéros de série. Mais lorsque je veux les saisir dans les applications, Photoshop et Premiere m'indiquent que le numéro de série (fourni par Adobe) n'est pas valide. Que puis-je faire ?

finalement j'ai trouvé la solution dans une autre question de ce forum : c'était un problème de hosts qui bloquait l'accès à Adobe. Problème résolu.

finally I found the solution in another question of this forum: it was a problem of hosts which blocked the access to Adobe. Problem solved.

the serial numbers must match the installation files.  because there are no current serial numbers for those two adobe apps, you're reporting a purchase made years ago and you saved the installation files (and serial numbers).  so, use the saved installation files and serial numbers.
