I received the master cs6 collection but the point is that it’s not showing the installation option – it’s appears blocked and asking for it to be upgraded to work on a 2020 MacBook Air.

CS6 isn't compatible with the new MacOS version. Which MacOS do you use on your MacBook Air?

Not a chance CS6 could work on a 2020 Macbook air if it runs Catalina. That's Apple's plan.
